小高源吾是個喜愛怪獸的漫畫家，但是自己所創作的怪獸往往不被自己的上司所欣賞，某天一個怪獸游樂園的人看中了他的作品于是雇用了小高，起初小高還很高興的接下了這項工作，但是在過程當中卻不斷的發生奇怪的事情，也因此使得在怪獸島的哥吉拉派遣安基拉斯來到日本，結果小高發現這居然是一場陰謀，而且這個陰謀正是以哥吉拉跟地球為目標.......
